Director Checklist

T-30: Finish Checks

1. Run speed test (Control Laptop > Chrome > MLab tab)

2. Test all inputs (4 video, 1 camera audio, CG audio, NDI audio, Behringer P16 Audio)

3. Director Sound:

   • Mute VCR audio: TVs (remote), Director speakers (dial), etc.

   • Set Director audio mixer: 2) Jitsi Comms, 3) ATEM Audio Stream, 4) Control Laptop

4. Vimeo Stream: Control Laptop > extended monitor > Chrome > Vimeo tab > verify video stream

5. Proclaim: Verify all slides with Proclaim operator in Crow's Nest

6. Sound checks

   • Confirm mic audio LEDs using Mic2 channel on ATEM MVM screen

   • Recording Mac Computer (RMC) > input volume

   • Confirm not muted on Mackie audio mixer

   • Behringer P16 audio mixer > main > volume dial, etc.

     • Use [Main] and [Mute] buttons to activate controls for adjustments

     • Press [Main] to adjust main volume (dial on right)

     • Press [Mute] to see which channels are muted (red lights)

     • Channels with green lights are receiving audio signal

7. GFX

   • Complete all checks for video, screens, lower thirds, scripture, etc.

8. Verify Jitsi comms, if needed.

9. Wrap-up: End all sound checks, video checks, lyrics checks, etc.

10. Start screen bug: Stream Deck > Down Screen > DSK > Logo Bug > back (for church logo in top right of all screens)

T-15: Start Stream

1. Transition to Pre-Roll: Stream Deck > Down Screen > [Ad Loop] button

2. Vimeo: Chrome > Log into Vimeo & start the live.dayspringonline.net event

3. YouTube: Chrome > Vimeo > Confirm logged into YouTube

4. AMP Recording: Stream Deck > Down Screen > [Rec] button

   • Confirm streaming with MVM > "On Air" panel at bottom left

5. AMP Streaming: Stream Deck > Down Screen > [Stream] button

   • Confirm streaming with MVM > "On Air" panel at bottom left

6. Vimeo: Chrome > Vimeo > Wait for the video to populate in the preview, then click [Go Live] at top right

7. ChOP: Chrome > ChOP > Verify stream in ChOP

T-05: Countdown

8. ChOP Welcome: press [Welcome] on the Stream Deck for 3-minute video, then auto to Worship Center countdown

9. Countdown: Transition to input 4 when video ends: Stream Deck > [4] for countdown in Worship Center

10. Cameras: Optional: Verify comms with camera operators if not yet done

T-00: Service Start @ 10:00am

11. Live: Fade from computer to live camera

12. Ongoing...

    • Determine next Proclaim slide and prepare Camera shots

    • Pastor Name: Chrome > Vimeo tab > Graphics (left navigation) > Pastor Name

    • Announcements: Chrome > Vimeo tab > Graphics (left navigation) > Give Now

    • Determine next Scripture slide and prepare on Stream Deck

    • Watch for next lower third title slide and prepare on Stream Deck

    • During videos, monitor for transitions

Sermon Start

13. Vimeo > YouTube: Before sermon starts, start push to YouTube on Vimeo destinations page

14. Vimeo > YouTube: As sermon bumper starts go Live on YouTube - Stream will begin automatically within a few seconds.

15. Confirm YouTube: Chrome > YouTube tab > My Videos page > verify stream

16. Pastor Name: Chrome > Vimeo tab > Graphics (left navigation) > Pastor Name

Sermon End

17. Monitor YouTube Stream: Vimeo > Destinations (left navigation) > YouTube
    to Watch Youtube for ending of stream (usually delayed) and end YouTube stream on "amen"

18. Vimeo > YouTube: Chrome > Vimeo tab > Destinations > Stop push to YouTube

Service End

19. Mute Proclaim: Stream Deck > Down Screen > [Proclaim NDI Mute] (this prevents out music from streaming)

20. Transition Out: On "amen" > Stream Deck > Down Screen > [Stinger]

21. Cameras: Tell camera operators they may shut down

22. Stop RMC Recording: Recording Mac Computer (RMC) > [Record] at top left

23. Stop ATEM Streaming: Stream Deck > Down Screen > [Stream] (the stream may continue till buffer runs out)

24. End Vimeo: Chrome > Vimeo tab > click [End the Stream] at top right

25. ChOP: Wait for ChOP to go off air, based on fewer than 5 people

If the stream fails;

• Continue recording the service so it can be uploaded later.

• If the ATEM is the issue, disconnect, move & record on camera 3 using the onboard battery & SD card.
